I'm not a fan of VAs, for several reasons.

I personally am not a fan of "old" (1920's year built) properties because they may have obsolete wiring, plumbing, windows, foundation problems, etc....yet they can have charm and are often in great locations. 

Contrary to what some would believe I really like people, it's idiots I'm not such a fan of, lol. 

When things are good, it is easy; but when things go bad (which is less frequent), it helps to have someone there.Also not all PMs are the same.

Not really a fan of the nationwide shops, or even the ones that say they service a huge area.
