Census Bureau, but theirs is a clunky website and not very user friendly.

@Shawn McCoy the standard deviation on R/E IRR is much tighter than PE because the underlying asset (real property) is more stable in value than a business enterprise undergoing the PE value add.

The biggest thing I look for is population growth and the most up-to-date data that I have found is on the US Census Bureau website.

One of the tips that my fellow workers in real estate recommed is to find a company that can dispute all of the items across all three bureaus instead of finding a company that only does a few line items on a couple or one different bureau, besttexascreditpros is a good one that i know of at the top of my head, but you can find one in your area that is such a way.
