We live in the Inland Empire of California and have been interested in rehabbing houses for some time but didnt really know where to begin until a recent real estate workshop attended.  

I would then either invest in a local flip with partners or buy a rental cash flowing property in another state and start building my real estate empire from there.Best of luck to you!

I am in partneship with my best friend and his dad who fix n flip houses in the inland empire.

I'm a wholesaler in inland empire area in California and over the last few weeks I have sent out 3250 direct mailer post cards to absentee owners with equity and all LLC were removed from my list.

My primary goal is to not have a giant empire but to grow a quality, ethical business the right way while of course earning an income/profit in the process.

My main real estate goal is to turn this one house into a cash flowing asset asap that is held in a trust for my soon to be born child which I will manage into a real estate empire that creates long term sustainable wealth for my family, business, friends, and community.

Also the Central Square neighborhood is probably the most desirable in the city, which is the area immediately west of the empire state plaza and goes west to Washington park.
