It is a function of deal flow, financing to support it and obviously crazy good project management and systems - everybody here has added that, so there is nothing useful I can add.My buddy and I believe that part of the answer lies in whole-tailing, creative financing strategies, and just having a ready stable of qualified local fledging house hackers looking to get started.

I just finished the Michael Blank course, and I’m no where near an expert or even credible because of it, but I’ve definitely learned that although you don’t need to be a genius to conduct a syndication, you do need to work your tail off and be knowledgeable.
