Hi BP, I'm a small investor in Brooklyn New York looking to network and meet other investors in the area.

I am looking to house hack in NYC as well but most 2 families go for around 800 in the up and coming neighborhoods of Brooklyn.

If you're doing NYC, maybe look in outer Brooklyn or parts of the Bronx.

Another area is Old Brooklyn or Brooklyn Center.    

Not the 5 boroughs (queens, Bronx , Brooklyn , StAten Island and Manhattan , )) looking for upstate property which area would you suggest in Upstate ?

Can anyone recommend a property manager who can manage two small apartments in Brooklyn? 

Manhattan is different than Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, or Long Island. 

I was managing my own airbnb home in Brooklyn for several years and turned it into a very successful business with round the clock bookings and 5* reviews.

I am looking at deals in the Bronx and Brooklyn in Nyc.
