Hello, looking for tips on LLC formation for real estate investors.

I used to live in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, but since I moved to Tampa in 2020 to build my real estate company, I've never looked back, lol.

It's a good idea to look for lenders that specialize in more flexible terms, such as portfolio lenders or private money lenders.

I'm currently looking for more resources so I can see how real people are finding and closing real deals and what are realistic and possible cap rates and cash on cash rates.

I am looking at a prospective out of state long distance deal that has been difficult to obtain lending on as there is both a regular home and mobile home on the same property and the mobile home causes the potential investment to not meet conventional guidelines and therefore not even DSCR loans are an option.
