@Daniel Coleman One way to avoid someone posting your plans on the web as well as making it clear that they are looking at a bid set is to apply a big transparent red watermark saying "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION" on them, a program like bluebeam makes adding something like this to every sheet a quick task.

You also need to run a test and get a feel for the market on bestplaces so that you can see if you have a metro (around 100,000) with SF homes of $100,000 and 3-bedroom apartments of $1,000 per month,Every mobile home park is unique so these are just guidelines.
