Looking for something with 12-24 months introductory 0% APY. 

Currently, I have my primary home loan, then a HELOC that has over $200K capacity ($50K balance remaining on it, but should be paid down in the next 3-4 months), so $155K or so available to draw on my HELOC at about 12%.

Here goes: I've just purchased my fifth contract-for-deed (CFD) and I'm now on a timeline where I save up and buy a new CFD every three months. 

No matter how much money I may have I just can't justify buying a $90k car or a $1400 per month lease payment.

I have a 19 month old.

Taxes wise I have opened up a high yield savings account and putting money into it in case I do end up owing taxes next year, but what do I need to be saving as far as forms, I don't have the tenants on a lease yet since this is my primary on the mortgage, but I am giving them receipts when they pay rent every month and keeping those saved.

I understand they have 12 month subscription services, does anyone have experience with them in regards to buy and hold real estate?
