It's actually three regular spaces, and two double depth spaces that could be used to park boats or RV.Trouble started when I had a turn over recently, the new tenant has a personal vehicle and a work vehicle. 

Is there anyone who has experience with those types of investment vehicles?

My wife and I are planning to get a second vehicle.

But single family homes were not designed to be investment vehicles as much as they were designed to be lived in.

Do they consider it like a vehicle and you pay tax just on the title?

MOST travelers will have their own vehicle which is how they're getting from place to place and state to state.

but its a nice vehicle.  

One thing we always struggle with the infrequent purchases such vehicle maintenance.  

Syndication is a great way to scale as a GP and a great vehicle for LP's that want to be truly passive in real estate deals.
