You need a good lawyer, a good accountant, a good maintenance crew, and the most important, a good piece of software!

Keep in mind, that your agent may advise you to do one thing or another, but at the end of the day, you have the final verdict as to how you'd like to submit the offer. 

Be forewarned, it is not cheap and i believe there are other softwares out today that can handle a similiar workload, i just have not had to (knock on wood) research any of that lately.

Like Karl stated earlier the way you run a STR and LTR differ but there are really great softwares and people boots on ground you can team up with to make it succesful!
