I am venturing into the real estate wholesaling business, wondering if any of you guys are doing wholesaling. 

Currently I stopped using the mobile site as it crashes on occasion and it's rather difficult navigating.

You know until you actual rent out a room, a unit or such you have ventured into RE investing, but you have become a real estate owner.What neighborhood is your new place?  

Its not just the new crop of Marketing folks espousing there is no cash flow in CA... it started in 2001 in LA on the real estate radio shows.. so LA investors ventured out made investments got caught up in the bad economy.and it was every city as we know..

When they use these advanced techniques, they have probably done enough to keep it out of probate and won't likely lead to an opportunity anyway.Mail until the property is sold, until the executor asks you to stop mailing, or until you buy the property.

The houses I have now have always produced for me so I can't see any reason why not to continue.I've started really learning everything I can about 1yr ago and continue that venture.

What we don't have is a mound of venture money coking things up so we can get ready to sell it to a greater fool in a few years.  

I've know several people in my neighborhood that have stopped paying their mortgage, moved, and collecting rent payments until they get foreclosed upon. 

I am so tired of having the CPA say "ask your attorney"  or the attorney telling me to "check with your accountant"  I would like a one stop shop that will leave me confident that I am covering my assets/choosing the correct entities and taking advantage of all of the tax advantages of real estate investing.
