I just closed on a flip that has an ARV of aproximately $220,000.It has 600 square feet of finished basement with dark wood paneling and a den upstairs with the same paneling.Is it worth it to remove the paneling or just prime and paint it?

I think you're shooting yourself in the foot by being wishy-washy about the rent due date.Rent is due on the 1st.Grace period of five days.Late fee charged on the 6th.You say, "The 6th day is when rent should be paid."
