Do you have your team or do you need to build one still?

I personally went with KW because the training, team building environment and the team leader of the office.  

Have a good Team made up with experienced and trustworthy people.  

Successfully buying outside of your local market comes down to having a good team that can handle any issues that come up.

I would recommend you get connected also with a local real estate group so you can network and learn and build your team.

Looking to set up a team for my first purchase (and then many more purchases) and need advise on a property manager, lawyer, real estate agent or wholesaler.

-Just Start: Start building my team, network, ask for advice from other investors, make offers and obtain property, self manage, (basically the school of hard knocks) If you have any other suggestions on a different route to take, I am eager to learn.
