Newbie to BP; Interested Investor

Hello BP Community.  I am excited and eager to learn more about investment properties for rental to achieve long term growth and long term wealth.  I am in this venture with my Brother In Law and we both hope to establish a solid portfolio of rental properties long term.  I have many questions which I hope to post over the next couple of days.  Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions that are provided.  Look forward to working with you all soon.
