Every business plan is unique and should be tailored to your specific goals, so I am not sure that I can provide an applicable template.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

I’ve completed two rehabs and currently have 10 doors between the two cities, so I’ve had some experiences and have some battle scars.

Can't decide which is better so I'd love to connect with anyone who has used one or both of these tools to figure out what they liked/disliked etc.

I feel so late to the party, but also so thankful to have found Bigger Pockets while my wife and I were presented with a big (to us) multifamily opportunity a few months ago.

HELOCs are very much a short term product, because the interest rates can go up precipitously, they have been called due in past credit crisis situations.  

Unfortunately I don't and I do feel more comfortable gathering the data and doing the analysis myself regardless so I was wondering if there are tools to help me do it faster.

And when they do send over a deal, you have an answer by day's end.I wouldn't call it a tactic, I would call it a process, repeatable and consistent.
