I get the concept of whole sale real estate and a few steps down but I always end up lost and with 100 questions.

While I'm sure all the answers you got above are accurate for the people answering they might be completely wrong for YOU and your property.While real estate is a global concept the details are very local.

Although I will say, I have had a hard time grasping the concept of skipping the 4-doors, and going straight into 16 units. 

Wholesaling is a simple concept, but takes work like most things that are worth while.
