I'm just trying to help provide for my family and notes "fit" the circumstances of my life as it is right now.Dion and Scott have given me the rest of the nuts and bolts to try and determine a way forward that (hopefully) excludes any close encounters of the worst kind with the FBI, the SEC, the CFPB, the FDIC, the DOJ, DHS (they are into EVERYTHING) and ALL their friends in acronym hell.  

Is this likely the end of their life span?

I have lived here my whole life and I am very well informed about the market.

The following is a partial list of things that wear out or become outdated over time and eventually need to be replaced for every property:-Roof-Siding-Hot water tank-Furnace-A/C system-Electrical system-Plumbing system (inside)-Sewer service line-Water service line-Any concrete exposed to the elements (sidewalks/porches)-WindowsIf you calculate the cost of replacing each of those items and divide them by the expected useful life, then sum that up, you'll come up with a monthly amount that you can expect to spend on capex over the long term.

I am not considering pulling out and bringing back the money to my country, I do not know what life is made of and which country I will retire in... maybe in Florida to follow a trend ;)

Try and think of every thing needed to take advantage of a once in a life time deal, and when it comes a long close it.Good luckjim
