Would pictures and videos help training of new team members/new investors as far as what to look for/deal breakers of when not to invest?

Sounds obvious right, but Keller Williams has the best training program but their fees are higher than most brokerages because of it.

I know the barrier to entry involves some education (80 hour online training and online exam) plus some in-person field training with a licensed inspector.

Most employees of Merrill and much of the mainstream financial services industry are not at all trained on self-directed retirement plans and will say just about anything to get you to not move your money away from them.When you setup a Solo 401(k), you are engaging a provider to create a legal entity for you in the form of a 401(k) retirement trust.  

I'd try to find a job that give you regular hours and is in a field that you have some experience or training/education. 

Training someone on those platforms would be a pain.

The same training by the LO/WLO eductors works for sub-to, its in the negotiation where you end up.

ALL homebuyers purchasing a 2- to 4 family property with financing provided by MassHousing or insured by MassHousing’s Mortgage Insurance Fund are required to complete a landlord education curriculum either included in the homebuyer education program or offered as a separate homebuyer training.

Meaning, if this is a first house, it doesn't seem like a bad deal to get your feet wet and start the momentum train towards your real estate empire, assuming buy and hold and rent is your strategy.I'm looking for my first house, and that's the best cash flow I've seen for the deals that I've analyzed.
