Startup of a service for long-distance investors

Hey Everyone, I was referred to this forum to pose a few questions; apologies if this has been covered before or if I'm stepping on anyone's toes...

I'm starting a property recon service for long-distance investors in the Florida Panhandle area, and would love some feedback from my target audience. My questions are:

1. What on-site services would be helpful for you as a real estate professional when not in the area of your properties/when considering potential deals?

2. Where would you likely hear about the services (best ways to market them)? Websites/Events/Apps/Influencers/etc

3. Would pictures and videos help training of new team members/new investors as far as what to look for/deal breakers of when not to invest?

4. Is there a better question I can ask to further my mission of establishing a reliable service in this field?

Ideas much appreciated. Looking forward to connecting with people with vision! -Julie Deardorff
