Hello BP,I am putting a property under contract and would like to get some recommendations on reputable GCs in the area.

I went to the State of Alabama website and asked for the price of a property that they had for 10 years and did not hear back from them.

On my county tax website they say who the owner is and what their tax bill is/was, but sometimes they only have information from 2017.

I am working on my rough draft of 3D model designing of the new floor plan to be converted from singlewide trailer into 16x32 duplex houses on the same permanent trailer foundation with deck porches (just demolish entire mobile home to convert into stick-built house) and on the process of signing up my new real estate investment crowdfunding campaign (website) to be posted with my finalized proofreading content with a lot of pictures and video.

@Skyler Mckinney Well I would look at all the ads/websites in your area for mortgage lenders and see if any of their sites comment on real estate investor or rental programs.
