See, it makes no sense whatsoever.For one simple reason, which I have been trying to explain, and you apparently haven't been reading.

So these are my initial thoughts on the issue - I'd love to hear any feedback from the experts out there... any other military members who encounter these types of frequent move and invest types of life situations... so thanks in advance for your input!!!

However, from what I've picked up on reading through forums and recommendations a good point of interest to meet other investors besides these forums would be the local REIA (Real Estate Investor's Association) chapter.

I read all the time some broker analyst says "I have lots of buyers but the price is too high", that is ridiculous. 

I was also reading that trash and recycling is free.
