The time to provide comps, square footage, condition of comps and facts was the day the appraisal was ordered and it should go into the appraiser's email and hand on day one.

for me i get up and work on what is going to be most profitable in my mind that day.. or when your doing what I am doing  building homes in 3 states and funding rehabs in 14 states.. you just react to e mails and crisis's as they arise every hour.. 

I emailed my accountant and plan administrator but probably won't hear back until Monday.

It would be easier on me if you would all message me your emails and I shoot out 1 mass analysis sheet a week as I try and analyze at least a few properties a day.

If you don't see any regulations listed on the web site or in the HOA rules, I would contact the town office or HOA and ask them what the rules are regarding short-term rentals, and preferably do it via email so it's documented.Mike
