Then I watched videos by Ricky Carruth, Brian Casella etc and did everything on my own.Just remember, the most important thing is lead generation. 2nd is educating yourself on real estate and the local market.

It allows me to quickly file all my receipts by category and project and generate expense reports easily.I've heard (from the company) that BuilderTrend has some robust functionality in this area that is specifically designed for contractors and builders, and could be worth an investigation if you find that a more generic expensing setup doesn't suffice.

For generating own leads (and I admittedly still need to continue to grow here), find your avenue on how you're going to generate leads, and go all-in for 6 months.

But now that we are in peak the only time I can do anything is if a cabin happens to not be booked on maybe a mon or tues somewhere randomly.
