I have spoken with him about this and they will refi based on the cash flow of the property.I feel like he didn't want to self-promote but It is an awesome thing to have in your back pocket if you ever want to go that way.

The way the area was built didn't promote walkability which in a regular market would cause many buyers to look just a little further away for cleaner neighborhoods with more amenities.

One possible solution is to total up your available credit to see if you have enough space to borrow it, possibly balance transfer what you've already spent to a new promotional 21 month-3% card (I forget which one it is but you can google that), and then issue a 2% courtesy check to yourself for the amount that you need.
