OK Tom I will remember that.. with this one we opened escrow Tuesday and wanted to close on Friday.. so I was just a little shocked that I got the prelim in less than four hours.. without really asking for a rush..

Hi Manoj,I would recommend getting some preliminary data about the schools and other details from neighborhoodscout.com and city-data.com.Actually, all your questions about vacancy, crime etc can be answered by just using our dear friend "google".All the best!

It's my non-negotiable, which is why I was so shocked to learn that I was not looking at FICO scores (and perhaps my property manager was not either) when screening these recent applicants!
