Hello all,

 I am a newbie looking forward to my first investment property .

Came across a SFH property (103 Amy Dr) in Huntsville - 35811 area. How is the area? Crime-wise? Vacancy rates? Income? Any thoughts / suggestions on this part of the Hunstville Area ?
