So to identify these players you will need, you have to network (BP is a great tool for this), and typically once you find one person that you really connect with, whether they are an agent or not - if they have experience - they will have referrals.

Did you know if the buyer is at risk of losing their house to foreclosure and you fail to close because your end buyer bailed, forcing the seller into foreclosure because you were never capable of performing, you can be liable.

And although I have not tried it yet, I believe through API it could link into MOJO for dialing capabilities...I know for sure you could link it to a CRM that MOJO was also linked to for dialing.

Because there are MUCH bigger players in the game with MUCH deeper pockets than you with a higher risk tolerance and a need to hit much lower returns for that portion of their portfolio (reit's, hedgefunds, etc.)

Don’t get me wrong to pursue wealth is great but if you stay in school because it will help you be more capable to take on life that is good, if you drop out because you are confident you will grow, learn, and push yourself harder than you are now then it would be great.

I can also think of advantages like not having franchise fees, national branding issues, rent escalations can be built in to long terms leases more easily since the lessee is a professional, your property is faster and more quickly to adapt to which STR platform is working at any given moment, the lessee is more likely to be financially capable of paying for damage to the unit, etc.
