You also should get a GC in there as you should pull permits for the plumbing if it’s all been pulled out so you can have an estimate on the full scope of work.

Hello, I recently graduated college and started a business where I have been teaming up with property managers, landlords, agents ..etc to provide full service junk removal whether it's a clean out or just removing a few items that need to be removed.

I am a recent college grad in Connecticut and planning to invest in my first property to house hack sometime next year.

I’m still in college and not working the best job however, I need to get started somewhere.

But, be sure this is allowed by the municipality (zoning, permitting, etc).Another thing is if you get any POHs as part of the deal.
