It is my experience and opinion that it is a very antiquated method to start investing.

Here is my opinion based on living in the area for 30 or so years....Taylor is a large city, and it has varying housing demographics. 

I'm leaning towards the blanket loan, but wanted the opinion of others to see if theres anything i'm missing or not thinking of.  

Have you spoken with multiple broker's for opinion of value?

In my opinion, I don’t think it’s a good business.

You might not get as many buyers accepting your offers if it’s a hot property, but the low down payment is worth it in my opinion.

We have yet to consult an attorney yet, I wanted to get the opinion of the BP family.

Maybe pay for a second opinion. 

Either way- If the properties are already sold and gone there's a little more limitation on what can be done strategically- but I always recommend getting a second opinion especially if you feel like your CA isn't creative when it comes to real estate.
