If you are just cleaning up and it will take less than 30 days to be occupied you may just be able to start a regular policy.

Hi everyone, I have a question in regards to a home that has a person living there that falls under the Americans with disability Act…The person occupying doesn’t have a rental agreement but doesn’t want to leave the property..cash for keys was offered and no go Anyone ever deal with the scenario?

@Paul WeldenHeloc is too early right now, I’m only 3.5% down on this, barely 8 months in it .Yes I’m planning on getting owner occupied loan, I would save for the down payment, but the 203k would work right?

I agree with @Timothy Boyd underwrite conservatively and no one can predict a crash, and I'll also input that buying right now when interest rates for owner occupied residences are hovering around 3% and investment properties are around 3.75%, my prediction is you're not going to get better interest rates next year.
