I heard about this lender on the the podcast. I am interested in refinancing my SFR rental property onto a 30 yr note. Anyone work with this lender? Any concerns? All input appreciated!

    I closed on a loan with them.  Fees and interest rate were exactly what they promised.  Close took a few extra weeks, but so have all my other loans in the last year.  I'd use them again.
