We have multi for sale in Stockton and just sold out in Merced.

My plans have been to buy a multi family here in San Diego house hack but with the market being highly priced in SD my tenant would really only cover 50% of my mortgage but still allowing me to save money for my next investment and ultimately move out and rent out the entire multi family home or my other plan is to buy out of state, cheaper market, less money to get in and start to get cash flow from that property before purchasing in San Diego.

I heard BP is the place to network and learn from a lot of great people.I’m looking to build a strong portfolio of Multi Families in and around the suburbs of Cleveland.

I was thinking finding a small multi-family that I can get a mortgage on?

(This would likely take 3 more years to do completely)-Would you recommend single family homes or multi unit buildings for a first investment?

Hey I'm back BP Fam,What's your checklist when inheriting a tenant for a house hack of a 2-4 multi-family property.

It is exceedingly rare, aka next to never for someone to get right into real estate and do multi million dollar projects from the get go.

I would love to parlay those earnings into a down payment on a multi unit rental property.

Multi family makes more sense for sure.
