even buying a car from an US dealer have to be payed cash (the same model/year costs about 5-6K less in US compare to Canada so when i need a new car i just travel 100 miles south to save a lot, but till now i wasn't able to get any financing the conventional way)maybe i just didn't find the right lender, because i heard thought that there's a way to have a home loan, so that's why i'm posting here.any information will help, thanks.

Sean,I'm sure it depends on your business model but if you are talking large apartments in Dallas of the B/C value add type we don't see a lot of concerns to our business model.

I have had A class brand new homes trashed personally... but to claim its their business model to deceive and ruin investors investments by simply placing fake tenants in their properties is just way off the mark..
