Remember a lot of these folks are working in areas and are really acting more like Auto mobile wholesalers IE its the same price they pay or tie up a home for that auto guys pay for used cars etc...

Also, as far as I know, the taxes are tied into the land and not the mobile home.Bill, with your suggestion of the Special Warranty Deed and sub2, is this something I should get a RE attorney involved in or can I find a generic contract online and be fine?
