My plan is to make everything smooth and look high-end.I may have a different mentality than some (not saying it's right or wrong) but I personally want my units to look high-end regardless of the tenants as I personally take pride in it.The way I look at it is if I have a defined checklist for a tenant exiting, any damaged walls will be on the tenant.
