They work way better and seem thicker although I've never measured.

Also, any knowledge of Class A and/or Class B (rehab) building costs in this area - general measures of PSF for commercial.  

Get the measurements of the square footage and or linear footage of repairs that have to be done.

They're much nicer quality than in-stock cabinets at the big box stores for not that much more in cost.They measure on-site and do a free design consult. 

But you know what -- joke as we may, none of us tossed it.Some even set it out on their desk with what must have been some measure of pride, small as it might have been.So yah, none of us could take it to the store to buy cigarettes, and we couldn't melt it down into a gold nugget that would let us retire, and we all had a good ol' time joking about it, and I doubt any of us worked any harder for the Man over it.

But, we have newer measuring standards (ANSI) as of last year, where all BELOW GRADE gla (gross living area), including living area off-hill or partially below grade, is now counted separately on the report and sketch.

I am asking what measure are you using to determine if asking is to high, on par, etc..   

And how exactly do you measure cash on cash return over a certain amount of years? 

So, there is always a way to overcome any security measure you might take.
