Hey guys, I recently listened to a BP podcast a few months back, and David or Brandon spoke about some of the questions they used to screen management companies before using them to manage one or some of their properties.

I came across Bigger Pockets on my financial literacy journey by listening to The Simple Money Guys Podcast where they mentioned this wonderful resource/community.

Did anyone else listen to, or watch, Grant Cardone on Rich Dad Radio?

In my experience AirBNB is very guest friendly, so whey they are saying no to a guest, I listen.

Real estate professionals that I admire so much to see do you have certain different techniques you use or certain apps I have “Rentometer” but I heard mix feelings about that please give me advice if you have any I’am always willing to listen and learn
