Aspiring Real-Estate Investor - Albany, NY

Hello good morning!

My name is Kenny, I currently live in Albany, NY and am looking to learn as much as I can to become a successful real-estate investor. I came across Bigger Pockets on my financial literacy journey by listening to The Simple Money Guys Podcast where they mentioned this wonderful resource/community. Since I am starting out, I don't know too much just yet but luckily I was able to find a couple of friends back home who are like minded in terms of growth and we started a little group chat to share ideas. We settled on starting to learn real-estate and even pitched in to buy a real-estate course by a man on Youtube called "Meet Kevin". My financial situation isn't ideal currently, but I look forward to learning/networking/growing :)
