My husband and I are about to buy a home that needs major renovations: electrical, all new kitchen & baths, flooring, removing or minimizing a few walls for an open layout and if possible raising a few ceilings.

We can not use it for anything else".Well, that gave me a clue what an average funeral is roughly $5-13k, so i offered 8k. the problem is that i can't rent it. the condo association does not allow rentals. i can sell it, so i will do so on a land contractIt's a 2 bedroom, needs a gut bath and a new kitchen.

1,000 sq ft home and renos will include deleting wall between kitchen and dinning and vaulting living ceiling, gut and redo of existing kitchen and existing bath and addition of a second bath, new flooring through out, new door and window package.

To give some context, what I'm needing done is as follows: roof repair, 3-5 floor joists replaced or "sistered", surface mold remediation, 3 bathrooms remodeled, hardwoods sanded/buffed/finished, exterior and interior paint, drywall repair, granite countertops and new appliances in kitchen, new HVAC and ductwork, branches cut away from roof, gable vent repair, insulation.

They made a ton of studio apartments and then there were common areas for the artists to work including a big industrial kitchen for those that loved to cook.I would love to be involved with a multi house rehab project with other investor.

I have a friend who rented to sec. 8 tenants and they stole everything in the unit right down to the kitchen cabinets and all the appliances.
