I am currently living in the Pullman, WA - Moscow, ID area but my MBA program is fully online and I want to move to a larger market this summer:) Besides the knowledge I have gathered from numerous books, seminars and podcasts, I am a complete newbie to real estate.

@Mizy KalmansonTry reaching out to @Joe Fairless or @Slocomb Reed for an invite to the meeting Facebook group for the virtual meetings, and they should be able to get you on the list for the monthly meets up whenever they start back up after Covid. 

After numerous hours of research along with reading some of the books here on BP, I have a pretty solid grasp of the concept and have begun to put processes into place so I can secure my first deal.

While it is awesome to own numerous properties, if they are all bad rehabs and poorly managed this could cost you more money than anticipated. 

I have received numerous letters from local municipalities demanding everything from the grass to be cut, garbage removed to roofing and other structural repairs need to be made or the house will be demolished.

I get numerous complaints from my "good" tenants, complaining about Joe.
