Integrity is what you want to find.

If you can't/won't do this, or can't/won't stomach the (often harsh) rejections and slurs against your integrity, then save your money and try another method. 

Many of those PM companies are dysfunctional and lack any integrity; I've dealt with them.

You would be hard-pressed to find anybody with greater integrity.

Look in medicine cabinets or water heater closets, areas of that nature for a tag.

One area where I think RE investors (or any business owner) would benefit is with integrated legal, asset protection and tax strategy/accounting team. 

This is brutal industry and although I wish all property management companies operated with high integrity and full transparency, many do not.

As a matter of fact, the best way to complete a 1301 exchange with no tax liability is to complete the 1031 and then refi after the fact so the integrity of the 1031 remains intact, he gets the cash he wants with no associated tax liability and the tenants pay the mortgage.  

The platform seems great - comprehensive, detail oriented, easily implementable and highly functional (integrate with website, accounting software, etc.) with solid customer service.
