Add on all the wood paneling removal and drywall installation, floor treatments, etc, etc. and it got to be a pretty good size rehab cost to prep the house for retail.But like I said, this house was very well-maintained.

Luckily it's summer, so it doesn't get dark early.My contractor did have the side door installed by the time I checked in with him at 6pm.Some pictures I took this morning at the final walk-through:This is the side/back door.
