Add on all the wood paneling removal and drywall installation, floor treatments, etc, etc. and it got to be a pretty good size rehab cost to prep the house for retail.But like I said, this house was very well-maintained.

Ceilings look great, installed LED lights, such an up and down ride.

We are planning to install new kitchens, fix up bathrooms, etc over time.

Consider the following: Installing a ceiling fan may cost you $200.00 and you may only get $10 a month more in rent.

For my projects, I would like to tell my GC what types of things I'd like installed like a beautifully designed double vanity sink I found at Lowe's.

We have a long term tenant (month to month agreement) that has installed at least 4 cameras (that I see) that would cover the entry into his unit and the common courtyard behind his unit.  

Because of this I have installed a curtain and a bathmat but still doesn’t help much.

Luckily it's summer, so it doesn't get dark early.My contractor did have the side door installed by the time I checked in with him at 6pm.Some pictures I took this morning at the final walk-through:This is the side/back door. 

I have done some light construction (alarm installation, conduit, etc.) and am a good handyman or jack of all trades if you will. 

What would I need to have done to get it installed?
