A lot of times when the houses are in really bad shape, they will only allow cash offers because most lenders will not finance them in their current condition.Hard money might be a solution.

If they suggest they would like to list with a realtor (most talk to a realtor or consider listing before I talk to them) I say that is always a possible solution and maybe that is better since most realtors will make their house payments while they try to sell it right?

They did increase the Fannie Mae limits to 10....so this tells me they know investors are a big part of the solution....But we also know that there is NO WAY they can say this in the public square and not be persecuted for it.
