We've been full since we've closed and are projected out into mid Jan and are getting enough inquiries beyond that to indicate the bookings will come. 

Water pressure and clogging is a pretty good indicator of whats going on.

As indicated, I believe in 15 years, even with a correction in that span, the property will be worth substantially more than today in inflation adjusted dollars.

@Joyce Jackson, I have a portfolio of Section 8 properties, it's the only thing I do.It is illegal to have the tenant pay more than the approved amount from the Housing Authority, as others have indicated. 

Like Ori has indicated, the level of pain will be highly relationship based.

Although this could be a useful indicator, I don't think this is a comprehensive enough as a lot of other economic attractiveness of a city is lost by using this indicator.

Are there specific indicators that make you have a closer look?
