I agree with what Gary says in that Pittsburgh is a great market to implement the BRRRR strategy, but it is very important to work with someone who knows the intricacies of each neighborhood.

But why try to implement a strategy thats incredible hard in one location...when you can literally go a few miles away where it becomes immensely easier. 4 of the 10 neighborhoods in the country with the largest price spreads that exist are here in DC.
