If it were me (and the property is local to me) I would apologize, say that I did not realize he needed notice that the HVAC guy and I were both going to be there and that in the future I will be giving general notice per the lease of 24 hours and he should assume the contractor and I would be there and we would be doing it whenever it worked and not around his schedule.

That's an annualized return of about 19% on my original down payment of $56,550.BEFORE PHOTOS:  (apologies for the sideways photos... couldn't figure out how to correct that!) 

It is noteworthy that the press is paying more attention to impending doom in the market.

Instead of being embarrassed and apologizing, she had the audacity to mention the other neighbor who is encroaching on their property with a dog fence (the neighbor who referred the surveyor), and said they are ok with that because that neighbor is "nice" (as if I am not a nice person and as if that has any relevance towards an argument for them taking over my property), and then asks me to remove the cones and red flags as they are not attractive.

@Jason Hirko I apologize, I will be buying the property all cash as I am pulling equity from my california home for the purchase. 

Btw, when those investors with millions of dollars realize that you're deciding how to invest their money based on an Internet post, I'm thinking they may have second thoughts...Again, I apologize for the sarcasm, but if you honestly believe there's a simple get-rich-quick methodology to real estate investing, you're in the wrong place...
