@Michael Corbin you might want to consider setting up shop in Nevada as it is mostly favored by investors for the protection it offers against suits.

I’m looking at a few 3 units in Manchester, New Hampshire near Elm Street, it’s my assumption since everything Shops, bars and parks are on Elm that Elm is a desirable place to live/own a property.

I've seen greatly different rates, shopping around helps if you're really price sensitive.

If you don't mind, I do have another question: I've been shopping around a bit for different lenders, but as I mentioned briefly before, I'm not sure I would qualify for terms that would be in my favor (or qualify at all).
