We contacted Central Hudson Gas & Electric and it took 3 months for them to come out to the home to measure for the gas line.

Operating costs: 21k in property taxes, 17k in gas/electric/sewer (owner pays), 2500 property insurance.  

I assume there’s a separate llc for every so many policies so when there’s a natural gas explosion, or a death in the fire and they sue for $5million you don’t lose everything?
