You are very fortunate to live in one of the few states that does not require a resident state income tax.

I know it’s a pricey start, but I figure fortune favors the bold.

As I am probably going to repatriate in 4-5 years time, the vision is that by the time I do so, I will have a small fortune of 9-10 rental properties to manage and receive substantial passive income from. 

I was fortunate that I transitioned on my second deal to a 20 unit with a partner where I learned so, so much. 

In fact, I don't feel tired or stressed- I feel excited and so dang fortunate.
