The water and electric is off and the fridge still has food in it... uugggh.

The part that concerns me is that there is no safety deposit.  0.  

I'm starting to call it la's 18hour city because of the influx of cool and interesting foods and entertainment options that seems to be contributing to the desirability of the area in whole.

I do lots of volunteer work and give to food banks, health clinics, and battered women shelters.I mentor others who also give back to community - whether the impact is local or global.I'm new to REI so don't ask me for advice. 

I know I won't send deals to someone who beats me down every time I get a deal for them.Just food for thought...Thanks,Matt

Don't take any risk with safety. 

Not only is a pool a liability from an expense standpoint, but also for child safety.

Get the book then go eat some greasy food.

One thing I did want to throw in here for food for thought though...
